Section 25 in Airports Authority of India (Management of Airports) Regulations, 2003
25. Penalties.
- Any person contravening any of the provisions of these regulations shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and in the case of continuing contravention with an additional fine which may extend to Rs.20 (twenty rupees) for everyday during which such contravention continues after conviction for the first such contravention.
