288. House-holder entitled to certain supply of water for domestic use.
(1)the Board at a meeting may determine what quantity of water shall be supplied for domestic purposes to the occupier of any premises free of further charge for every rupee paid to the Board as water tax on account of such premises.(2)Any which may be used for domestic purposes over and above the quantity to which the occupier is entitled as aforesaid, and any water which may be used for other than domestic purposes, shall be paid for by him at such rate as the Board at a meeting may determine.
