Section 31(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)The arbitrator upon good causes shown may order the conduct of deposition of or propounding of interrogatories to such persons, who may possess information, determined by him to be necessary to a determination of disputes referred.
