Section 4(3) in The U.P. Homoeopathic Medical Colleges (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(3)[ The inter se seniority of each category of employees other than teachers of the colleges combined or amalgamated under clause (b) or clause (bb) of sub-section (2) shall be determined from the date of their substantive appointment in their respective cadre. If the date of substantive appointment of two or more such employees is the same, the employees senior in age shall be senior.
