Section 15(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The students shall enrol themselves for secondary/higher secondary courses, while seeking admission to Std. VIII/XI, by paying the specified enrolment fees through the Head of the institution.
