21. Others Officers.
- The appointment of other officers of the University referred to in Section 11 shall be made in such manner and the conditions of their service and their powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations.[Provided that such posts which in the sanctioned set-up of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidhyalaya are to be filled on deputation will be filled up by the State Government.] [Inserted by C.G.
