1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the East Punjab Control of Bricks Supplies Act, 1949.(2)It extends to the whole of the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Province' by the Adaptation of Laws (Third Amendment) Order, 1951.] of [Haryana] [Substituted for the words 'Punjab' by the Haryana Adaptation of Laws Order, 1968.].
