Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, any person, being the owner of land, may donate and grant such land to the Bhoodan Yagna Board by a declaration in writing in that behalf in the manner prescribed.
