Section 13(3) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
(3)Three members shall form a quorum at a meeting of the Council :Provided that if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary at the next meeting called for transacting the same business.
