Section 3(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)There shall be established a University by the name "A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University", which shall consist of a Chancellor, a Pro-Chancellor, a Vice-Chancellor, a Pro-Vice Chancellor, a Board of Governors, an Executive Committee, an Academic Committee, Research Council and other authorities and officers as provided in this Act.
