respondent submits that Ms. Naushina Afrin Ali, learned counsel, who
is to argue the matter for the respondent, has suffered a fracture and is not in a position to come to the Court. Mr. Chaudhari also submits that he has informed Mr. S. Rajeshwara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant that he would be making a prayer for adjournment for three weeks and that Mr. Rao has conveyed his no objection to the prayer to be made.
Prayer of Mr. Chaudhari is allowed.
