12. Appointment of officers and other employees of the Board.
(1)The Board may appoint such officers and other employees, as it may consider necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.(2)The mode of recruitment, salary and allowances and other conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Board shall be provided by regulations.
