Section 58(1) in Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Act, 1988
(1)The forest produce which is not the property of the Government and in respect of which a forest offence has been committed and all implements, vehicles, or other conveyance or any other vehicle used in committing such offence, shall be liable by order of the convicting. court to be forfeited to the Government.
