65. Proof of entries in society's books.
(1)For the purpose of section 44 of the Act, a copy of an entry in the books of a society shall bear a certificate written at the foot of such copy declaring that it is true copy of such entry, and the book containing the entry is still in the custody of the society, such certificate being dated and signed by the Secretary or President of the society.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) copy of an entry may also be signed and certified by the Administrator where appointed under section 37, or the Liquidator where appointed under section 79.
