Section 2(2)(j) in The Bihar Clinical Establishments (Control and Regulation) Act, 2007

(j)"Nursing Home" means, an establishment or premises used or intended to be used for the reception of and providing medical care; including Nursing Care Centre for treatment in any form to persons suffering from sickness, injury or infirmity;
