43. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution of any Authority of the University or otherwise in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act after the commencement of this Act, the State Government may, by order, take such appropriate necessary action, which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulties.
