Section 11(2)(a) in Purba Medinipur University Act, 2017

(a)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a period of four years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years. whichever is earlier, and shall be eligible for re- appointment for another term of four years till attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. following the provisions of sub-section (I).
