Section 55(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)the area of a bathroom shall not be less than 1.8 square metres with a minimum width of 1.2 metres. The minimum size of water closet shall be 1.1 square metres with a minimum width of 0.9 metre. If it is a combined bathroom and water closet, the minimum area shall be 2.8 square metres with a minimum width of 1.2 metres.
