Section 37 in Rajasthan Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities Rules, 1968
37. Procedure of business at a meeting.
(1)All questions shall be decided by a majority of the votes of members including Chairman or the Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, present and voting.(2)In all cases or equality of votes, the Presiding authority shall have a record vote. Votes shall be taken by a show of hands.
