Section 22(ii) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(ii)The Sub Divisional Officer shall ensure that one copy of the allocation order made to the fair price shop is delivered to the local authority, vigilance committees, and any other body nominated by the state government for monitoring the functioning of the fair price shop.
