Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Act, 1988
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Act, 1988.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 30-8-1986.
