Section 322(2) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(2)No place other than a municipal slaughter house shall be used as a slaughter house :Provided that nothing in this sub-section shall be deemed -(a)to restrict the slaughter of any animal in any place on the occasion of any religious festival or ceremony subject to such conditions as the Commissioner may, by public or special notice, impose in this behalf; or(b)to prevent the Commissioner, with the sanction of the Corporation, from setting aPart place for the slaughter of animals in accordance with religious custom.
