Section 54(6) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(6)No civil Court shall have jurisdiction -(a)to entertain or adjudicate upon any question whether any person is or is not entitled to be registered in an electoral roll for the divisions referred to in section 51, or(b)to question the legality of any action by any authority under section 53 or under this section.
