Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Transit (Forest Produce) Rules, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Transit (Forest Produce) Rules, 2001.(2)They shall extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh.(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.
