Section 5(ii) in Prevention of Destruction and Damage to Property Ordinance, 2015
(ii)The person in charge to supervise the demonstration should be District Superintendent of Police (if the situation is confined to the district) and the highest Police Official in the State where the situation stretches beyond one district.
