11. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of the regulations, the Commission may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, direct the licensee or generating company or SLDC for taking suitable actions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
