Order 05/03/2020 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who otherwise is eligible to appear in the 2 nd year B.Com. Examination, on account of family circumstances at the relevant time, could not fill-up her examination form and despite the college forwarding it to the Assistant Registrar, the University has not responded.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable in four weeks. (Downloaded on 06/03/2020 at 09:03:02 PM)

In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to accept the offline examination form of the petitioner alongwith the requisite fees/late fees and in case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible to appear in the examination, permit her to appear in the ensuing B.Com. Examinations.

However, petitioner's appearance in the examination would remain subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.
