Section 22(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)The Authority shall prepare once in every year in such form and at such time, as may be prescribed, an annual report including a summary of its activities during the previous year and copies or the report shall be forwarded to the State Government.
