Section 34(1) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(1)In the performance of its functions under this Act, the Authority shall be bound by such directions on questions of policy as the State Government may give in writing to it from time to time :Provided that the Authority shall be given an opportunity to express its view before any direction is given under this sub-section.
