Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue
involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment
dated 19.05.2017, passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.4031/2017, Sandeep Kumar Bishnoi & Ors. Vs. State Of Raj. &
Ors..
Issue notice.
Mr. Vikash Choudhary for Mr. SS Ladrecha, Additional
Advocate General present in the Court is directed to accept notice.
Heard learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Vikas
Choudhary, who is not in a position to distinguish the facts of the
present case from the facts and law involved in Sandeep Kumar's
case(Supra).
As such, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the
judgment passed in case of Sandeep Kumar Bishnoi (Supra).

Accordingly, the respondent State is directed to undertake the
exercise of confirming the petitioners as contemplated under Rule
27-B of the Rajasthan Service Rules, 1958. The needful be done
within a period of three months from today.
