Section 16(1) in West Bengal Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2001
(1)The registers in the prescribed forms referred to in these rules and the documents related thereto shall be preserved for a period of not less than twelve years after the expiry of the period to which they relate.
