Section 14 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
14.
If the University decides to relieve a teacher not confirmed in service, one month's notice shall be given to him or in lieu of notice shall be paid salary of one month:Provided that no notice of discontinuance shall be necessary in case of (i) appointments for specific periods and (ii) appointments against leave vacancies.
