15. Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the advice of the Government in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of University. He shall work directly under the superintendence, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.(3)The Registrar shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
