3. Chief Superintendent of vaccination.
- As from the appointed date the authority mentioned in column (1) of the Table below shall be the Chief Superintendent of Vaccination in relation to the area mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table :Table| Authority | Area | |

| (i) | The Municipal Commissioner of the Corporation | A Municipal Corporation established under the Madhya PradeshMunicipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956). |
| (ii) | The Chief Municipal Officer of the Municipality. | A municipality established under the Madhya PradeshMunicipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961). |
| (iii) | Civil Surgeon of the districts | A district excluding the areas comprised within the limits ofa Municipal Corporation or Municipality in the district. |
