155. Penalty for not giving information or giving false information.
- Any person required by this Act or the rules made thereunder or notice or other proceedings issued thereunder to furnish any information, omits to furnish such information or knowingly furnishing wrong information shall, on conviction, be punished with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
