19. Reservation of vacancies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe.
- Vacancies shall be reserved for appointment and promotion in favour of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and shall be filled up as prescribed in the Orissa Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975 and rules made thereunder.] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1036/21.7.1987.]
