Section 2 in Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1953
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a)"The Act" means the Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1953;(b)"Form" means a form set out in the Schedule appended to these rules;(c)"Section" means a Section of the Act.
