Section 18(3) in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Rules, 1972
(3)The Superintendent shall maintain discipline and order at the Reception Centre and the Certified Institution, as the case may be, and ensure that every member of the staff behaves with patience and good temper and discharges his duties satisfactorily and promptly.
