Section 32(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)The Authority may revoke the suspension of registration in respect of the warehouse if it is satisfied that the warehouseman has fulfilled the requirements mentioned in the show cause notice issued under sub-rule (2) of rule 30 and shall immediately communicate such decision to the warehouseman.
