8. Standards of performance.
(1)The Commission may, after consultation with the licensee(s), determine the standards of performance of the licensee or class of licensees.(2)Notwithstanding the above, the licensee shall furnish the performance details on a quarterly basis to the Commission in the format prescribed in Form II and Form III appended to these regulations, by 15th day of end of each quarter.
