Section 93C(23) in Rules Framed by Board of Revenue under section 90
(23)No ganja plant or portion thereof and no manufactured ganja shall be removed from the Khalihan except for transport to a warehouse specified by the Excise Commissioner and that all such transport shall be under passes granted by the Excise Officer In Charge.
