Section 1(3) in Assistant Education Inspector and Assistant Teacher, Class III (Departmental Examination) Rules 2012
(3)They shall apply to the persons appointed to the post of Assistant Education Inspector Inspector and Assistant Teacher, Class III in the subordinate service under the Education Department.Provided that where any such person has, before the appointment date, passed the examination or has been exempted from passing the examination under the old rules, he/she shall not be required to pass the examination under these rules.
