(3)[ In respect of all such cases for retirement benefits to [Zila Panchayat] [Amended by U. P. Zila Panchayat Employees' Retirement Benefit (6th Amendment) Rules, 1982 [vide Notification No. 1811-B/33-2-2/73-G-81-U.P.A.-33-61-Rule-1972-AM (6)-1982, dated 22nd September, 1982.] Servants, so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, shall be governed by the Government orders issued from time to time.]Explanation.-The Government orders referred to in this sub-rule shall be the Government's orders issued by Panchayati Raj Anubhag.]
