Section 422(d) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000

(d)references to any Chapter or section of the Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Act, 2000 shall as for as possible be constructed in respect of the municipal area be constructed as reference to this Act or its corresponding Chapter or section.
