53. Returns.
- Every employer of a registered establishment shall send, annually, a return relating to such establishment in duplicate in Form-15 annexed to these rules to the registering officer so as to reach him not later than the fifteenth February following the end of each calendar year with a copy to the Inspector of the concerned region.
