(2)[ The Commissioner may, having regard to the availability of vegetable oils and all other relevant factors, prescribe the maximum or minimum limit of usage of any vegetable oil specified in the Schedule III in the manufacture of any or all of the vegetable oil products which may be subject to the condition(s) as may be specified by the Commissioner from time to time.] [Substituted by G.S.R. 621(E), dated 19th July, 2000 (w.e.f. 19th July, 2000).]
