245. Protection of appurtenances and materials of public roads.
- It shall not be lawful for any person, without the permission of the Executive Officer, to displace, take up or make any alteration in fences, posts, pavement flags or other materials of any public road, [or to dig at any place on any public road] [Added vide Orissa Act No. 16 of 1968 w.e.f. 1.8.1968.].
