1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission to the Full Time Professional Undergraduate Technical Courses) Rules, 2017.(2)They shall come into force with effect from 24th April 2017.
