Section 5(viii) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020
(viii)in the event of crisis the authority may take up and intervene into any activity in aquaculture sector to protect the interests of the sector in due consultations with the stakeholders.
