Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Against the order impugned in this Petition there lies a remedy of fling revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code' for short). As the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of fling revision under Section 257 of the Code, the Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate efficacious remedy of fling revision before the State Government.

3. It is made clear that all contentions on merits are kept open.
4. The Petition is pending in this Court bonafde and hence, if the revision is fled within a period of four weeks from today, the same should not be dismissed only on the ground of the limitation.
